On Wednesday, March 6, Realme revealed the Realme 12+ 5G and Realme 12 5G in India. These new phones have triple back cameras and the most recent Realme UI 5.0 custom skin. The MediaTek Dimensity 7050 5G chipset powers the Realme 12+ 5G, and the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ 5G SoC powers the standard Realme 12 5G. The 5,000mAh battery on both phones supports SuperVOOC rapid charging. They present Dynamic RAM technology, which uses internal storage that isn't being used to build extra RAM.
Prices of the Realme 12+ 5G and Realme 12 5G in India
The base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model of the Realme 12+ 5G costs INR 20,999. Additionally, an 8GB + 256GB variant in Pioneer Green and Navigator Beige hues is offered for INR 21,999.
On the other hand, the Realme 12 5G's starting price for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model is INR 16,999, while the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage version costs INR 17,999. Twilight Purple and Woodland Green are the available color selections.
Both models will go on sale for the first time on March 6 and finish at 3:00 PM IST on March 10. As an initial offer, Realme is providing the Realme Buds T300 along with the Plus variant, buyers of the Realme 12 5G can enjoy a free Realme Buds Wireless 3.

Realme 12+ 5G Technical Details
Running Realme UI 5.0, which is based on Android 14, the Realme 12+ 5G is a dual Nano-SIM smartphone. For the smartphone, Realme promises two years of security patches and three years of software updates. It features a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz. There is a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front, and there is up to 256GB of internal storage available.
5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and USB Type-C are among the available connectivity choices. It has twin stereo speakers with Hi-Res certification, an in-display fingerprint reader, and an IP54 dust and splash resistance rating. With a 5,000mAh battery, the Realme 12+ 5G has a 67W SuperVOOC rapid charger, claimed to charge from 0 to 100% in just 48 minutes. The phone measures 162.95x74x7.87 mm and weighs 190 grams.

The SIM and software specs of the Realme 12 5G and Realme 12+ 5G are comparable. The base model has an ARM Mali G57 MC2 GPU, up to 6GB RAM, and a 6.72-inch Full-HD+ LCD display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is powered by a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ 5G SoC. Moreover, it has the ability to expand RAM by converting storage space into DRE Dynamic RAM Expansion technology.
A 108-megapixel primary sensor with a 3x in-sensor zoom, a 2-megapixel portrait camera, and an additional 2-megapixel sensor comprise the Realme 12 5G's triple rear camera configuration. The phone has the same stereo speakers, IP54 rating, and connectivity choices. Its 5,000mAh battery can be charged quickly with 45W SuperVOOC fast charging, and it has 128GB of inbuilt storage. The Realme 12 5G weighs 188 grams and has dimensions of 165.7x76x7.69 mm.
